How to prepare your package:
We want shipping packages with ACC to be as easy for you as possible. Preparing and labeling your package is one of the most important steps. ACC recommends the following guidelines to ensure timely and safe delivery of your package:
- Use a clean, sturdy envelope or corrugated cardboard box.
- Make sure your package is securely sealed with tape designed for shipping.
- Remove any old labels that might confuse our couriers and prevent your package from
reaching its destination on time. - Make sure your shipping destination address is complete, correct and clearly written.
- Include your full return address on the package.
