Do I need to set-up an account to place an order? If so, how quickly can I do that?
You may place an order immediately buy using a credit card, or set up your free account (see below). New accounts are usually activated within 2 hours.
How do I set up an account?
It’s easy to set up an account by visiting www.ACCDelivers.com. Existing customers should click “Current Customers click here to set up an online account ”. New customers should click “Start your ACC Service today”, or click here to fill out the account set-up form and fax it to ACC’s Corporate office, or call ACC at 800-413-0911.
What is ACC’s service area?
ACC’s primary service area is Southern California, specifically Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and San Diego counties, and parts of Santa Barbara county. However, Next-Day by Noon service is also available to certain areas of Northern California, Arizona and Nevada. Click here for more info on ACC's Northern California Service. How do I schedule a pickup?

How do I track a package?
If you already have an online account with ACC, log in to your account, and click on the "Track" tab. If you do not have an account, click here.

Do you pick-up and deliver on weekends?
ACC’s standard operating hours are 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. ACC also provides limited weekend service to our major account customers.
How do I cancel a pickup?
To cancel an order, please call our ACC Customer Service Department at 800-874-0687 and a Representative will cancel the order for you. Orders cannot be cancelled online.
How often does ACC bill?
Our customers are invoiced semi-monthly.
The first invoice is dated the 15th of the month and includes all shipments ordered from the 1st up to and including the 15th.
The second invoice is dated the last day of the month and includes all shipments ordered from the 16th up to and including the last day of the month.
When is payment due?
Payment terms are net 15. Payment is due on each individual invoice 15 days from the date of that invoice. Delinquent accounts are subject to late fees and/or termination of service without notice.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept personal or business checks made out to “All Counties Courier” as well as all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

How do I read my invoice or check my account balance?
Please call 949-224-0900 ext. 216 or 217 and ask for assistance. The total invoice amount due, including the fuel surcharge, can be found at the bottom of the first page of your invoice.
How do I request a credit for a late shipment?
All claims regarding delay or non-delivery of a shipment must be made in writing within 15 days of the shipment due date. Please call our Customer Service department, or refer to the Terms & Conditions page on our web site www.ACCdelivers.com for additional information regarding claims.
